Protection against spam and malicious access

Based on your consent, we may collect, store and process the data related to your inquiry only for the purposes of answering of answering your inquiry and for the purposes of any forthcoming diagnostic, treatment or other health process that you would like to undergo with us.

Processing of analytical information
We use the Google Analytics service to collect and measure statistical information about the behavior of visitors to the website. These photos or data can be defined as “Special categories” under Art. 9 of the GDPR. Uploading is done by sending an attachment by the user through the contact form placed on the website. This is entirely at the user’s discretion, and uploading such photos or other data is NOT required to use the contact form or to perform any other function on the site. If the user decides to take advantage of this opportunity, the medical photographs or other data will be used solely for the purpose of diagnosis and answering the user’s request. They will not be shared with third parties or used for other purposes, including statistical, analytical or other purposes without the express written consent of the user. When submitting the contact form, the user declares his consent that such data, uploaded on his decision, may be collected, processed and stored only for the purposes described above. Users express this consent by affirmatively filling in a checkbox in the contact form.
We do not aim to collect and do not knowingly collect, store or process other types of data that could fall under “special categories” under Art. 9 of the GDPR, such as data related to sexual orientation, political, religious or philosophical views and others.
Linked or embedded content from third-party websites
The content on this site may be embedded or linked (videos, images, content, etc.) to or from other third-party websites. Embedded content from other sites accepts and treats the site visitor as a visitor to its own site.
Who we share your data with
Our hosting provider, currently jump.bg, has physical access to the data on the website, including user data, in connection with the hosting services provided by them to us. We do not share your data with them for any other reason.
In connection with contact forms, forgotten password forms, admin panels and other special pages and parts of pages, we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Parkway Amphitheater, Mountain View, California 94043, USA (‘Google’). The purpose of this function should be to decide whether the information and queries sent through the aforementioned forms and panels are entered by a real person or by unwanted automated input by bot programs. The Service pays information to Google in accordance with Article 6, Section 1F of the GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in protecting our site from malicious users and abuse of its functionality.
Google LLC, headquartered in the United States, is certified under the European Union and United States Data Protection Framework ‘Privacy Shield’, which ensures compliance with the levels of personal data protection required by the European Union.
